Whistle Express Car Wash

Love the convenience of being able to get a quick car wash with access to vacuum and towels to clean inside as well as getting my floor mats washed. Everyone that works here has been pleasant with me!

They have a great 5 dollar coupon deal for first timers, they also provide window cleaner and all purpose cleaner where the vacuums are located. The car was does a pretty good job on the exterior of the vehicle too. I definitely like the vacuum area having towels and cleaning products for the car interior.

Terrible customer service and they do not follow their policy. Piled the cars too close together on the line and my car was rolled into the vehicle ahead of me. Refused to provide any information of the driver who braked and had me waiting for days for an update even though their policy is to contact owners of damaged vehicle within 48hrs. Claimed I needed a subpoena or I should call corporate. The number listed for corporate does not work.

The guys working there are great. They are nice and professional. Before going through the wash, the guy took extra time to pre-spray my car in a problem area when I asked him to, which really helped it to clean up better during the car wash, although the actual car wash doesn't do the best cleaning job. But next to hand washing your car, I guess it's decent enough. Each time I've been, they do a pretty good job keeping the cleaners and rags well stocked, the trash cans are constantly being emptied. The vacuum cleaners work well. My only suggestion is that the business makes sure to have the little hanging car fresheners in stock, as well as the stickers for when you join the membership. I wasn't able to get either of those today. Another idea would be to have some smaller heads attachable to the vacuum, so that customers can vacuum more tight narrow places in their cars. But overall, it's a good place to clean your car. **Edited to add: I will add, at one point my sons told me they could not find any clean towels, but they were restocked within about 10-15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be as many towels available for use as there used to be here.
